Six

Six is the magic number…

it’s also how much weight I lost this week! YAY! 

I started my day with this week’s breakfast, Greek yogurt and warmed berries atop whole grain waffles (6 Wwpp) 


Lunch (unpictured) was delicious leftovers from Yesterday. Cauliflower, chicken pot pie and a pear. 

I went to the gym and spinned with Ashleigh (always a good time)….

Then came home to this…


Pumpkin Alfredo Tortellini Skillet, Amazing! (9 Wwpp)

I think I’ll end the day with square of chocolate, glass of milk and a clementine (3 Wwp) 

Good night sweet readers. Tomorrow is my early morning gym day!
